       Foaled July 25, 2004, Pixie was not handled much until she was two, when she came to us here at Course-Walkers.  She is a stunning beauty of a horse: chestnut with a flaxen mane and tail with three socks and wide blaze.  

    She is skeptical of most things, a result of her lack of handling in her formative years.  While most horses improve slowly as a result of constant handling, Pixie improves by leaps and bounds.  Once you have won her trust, she is a pocket pony, loving the attention that is offered to her.  She has been backed.

    Her papers are an extraordinary look at the breed history, showing Wilson's Allen, Merry Go Boy, Midnight Sun, Sun's Delight D. and Pride of Midnight.  How often do you see a young horse with that kind of pedigree within four generations?  Pixie is naturally gaited and has developed quite a bit of power behind those big brown eyes!

    She is not only an excellent prospect for a wonderful trail companion but for those who would like to show as well, as she has the style and flash to turn heads in the show ring.
